The Globalist Manifesto: A Worldwide Web Snowballing Advocacy

Advocacy by accident, is there such a thing? Look at the circumstances of the leading websites in both Yahoo and Alta Vista search engines in the topic of “formation of a global government” over around 7 million entries, the Globalist Manifesto websites, and you will wonder if this is accident, destiny, luck or just a freak aberration.

The Globalist Manifesto is printed in basically four websites today: the original is the “global”, then later it was published in “founders”, “personal” and “party”, all in www.geocities.com. These four often land in the top ten in both Yahoo and Alta Vista search engines. But do you know that The Globalist Manifesto was actually hatched in Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in the Philippines? One fine morning sometime 2003 in the Master in Development Management case room, one student secretly posted a one - page essay entitled “The Globalist Manifesto” in its class bulletin board. The article was a result of an overdosed of Prof. Ed Morato’s VMOKRAPISPATRES strategic planning sessions the other day. Eventually, the class (yes, the MDM batch 14 that started the International Movement of Development Managers), created their “global” website with the full text of the manifesto in it. Unknown to the class, the word globalist, even up to now, is not even recognized by Microsoft Word spelling checker. This is a proof that ignorance is sometimes beneficial.

The first freak accident happened when the Google, the leading search engine in the world, placed the “global’ website in the top 10 of the topic globalization for around 4 months. This singular incident is an indication of what will happen in the next four years.

Four years later…today.

If you search for “globalist manifesto” in Google today, it will show you around 538 entries. (By the way, if you put “ ” in your search item in Google, it means advanced search, meaning you are asking Google to search the worldwide web and list the websites that talk about your search item as a single word.) In a nutshell, after four years, 538 websites are already talking about Globalist Manifesto. Now if you add in your search “formation of a global government or formation of a “world government” and “globalist manifesto”, Google will list around 700 websites. If you will look at the counters of the Google cache of the four websites mentioned, each of them has more than 1 million visitors in four years. In Yahoo cache, each of them has around 600, 000 visitors and around the same count in Alta Vista. Because the visitors of the three search engines are mathematically mutually exclusive, we can conclude that at least 10 million visitors worldwide have seen The Globalist Manifesto. Conservatively, at least around ten percent of them would have read it thoroughly and agreed with it completely. This means that The Globalist Manifesto has around 1 million believers worldwide as of today.

Curiosity Kills the Cat

Perhaps at this point you are dead curious about what is that stuff written in The Globalist Manifesto that makes it snowballed by itself? The fine print of the orininal manifesto is printed next to this article. But the point is: in four years, a trend has been spotted that The Globalist Manifesto is evolving into one of the main literatures in the crusade for the formation of a global government, at least in the worldwide web. How far can it go? Will the trend continue or will it die down? Well, only God knows. But one thing can be said from here: that Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines hatched the seed for this potentially great upheaval in human civilization by accident.

Nice to hear from you. I must say that I find the idea of me being the president of the Global Government rather humorous. But I will serve in any way that God asks.

In my book I recommend a committee of three co-equal executives for the global government, so as to keep the executive branch rather weak compared to the legislative and judicial branches. But leadership is needed either way.

I've not spent much time promoting my Global Governance petition on-line, but now that http://stevemcintosh.com is up, I may turn to promoting these sites more actively.

Thanks for the info about our ranking on the search engines.The integral perspective attempts to transcend the politics of left and right.

However, I am registered as a Democrat and I will certainly vote for Hillary Clinton if she is the democratic nominee.

Who are the Leading Advocates Today for the Formation of Global or World Government

In an academic research like this, we will go by available data. We will not assume. We will go by empherical evidences. Evidences and data should be current and verifiable. In an academic research, we want to show the world the real score, the real situation. The task of the research is to record the real situation and present it in an academic format.

With this academic principles of a good research in mind, how do we answer the simple question of who are the leading advocates today in the crusade for the formation of a global or world government? First of all, a research should be able to answer a simple question like this, because how can a research answer sophisticated questions if it cannot answer a simple question. Secondly, a research should be useful to humanity, because what is the point of a research or an invention if it is not of important use for the future of human existence and survival of mother earth.

Very simple.... so that those who wants to help in the crusade, in any way they can, will know whom to coordinate. Why would you deny the human race of this kind of service... of telling them whom to coordinate. This is a very doable and pragmatic reason. For instance, there was a busy body "editor" of Wikipedia who doesnt want to inform the global public on who are the proponents of "The Globalist Manifesto" although it was pointed out to his small brain that the manifesto has been number one in Google and Yahoo Search in the topic "formation of a global government" and because of that fact, it is expected that there are lots of people around the world who would like to know who are the people behind "The Globalist Manifesto". Would you not want to help these people make their search easier? The "Globalist Manifesto Party" even told this man that Wikipedia is supported by the global public through donations so it has the obligation to help the public by informing them about their queries, as much as possible. We dont know if the man is still connected with Wikipedia up to now. The man is a liability to the good image of Wikipedia. That man should be closely supervised if he is still allowed by Wikipedia to interfer up to know.

This question is timely because this will give clarity to the "resistance" on the "formation of a global government".There are different reasons why some people or groups are opposed to the formation of a world government, namely:

1. The ultra nationalist Americans think that the global government might start the end of pax Americana. On the contrary, the global government, might actually perpetuate it because, if we subscribe to the vision of The Globalist Manifesto, a global government will prevent the next world war. If the next world war will be prevented, then, the ranking of world power will remain the same and therefore, the USA will remain to be the only world power... hence, pax Americana will continue even if we have a world government.

2. Countries with small population are opposed to the formation of a global government because, again, based on The Globalist Manifesto's "one person - one vote" principle, they will be overwhelmed by highly populated countries like India, China and Indonesia. What these small countries do not realize is that they will actually be represented in the global congress and their representatives can even become global president and cabinet members. Also, they do not realized that a strong two party system from village level to the global level as envisioned in The Globalist Manifesto, will actually prevent China, India and Indonesia, and any country for that matter, to vote solidly as one people because in a two party system, there are always contending opposite party and a third force on non aligned voters.

3. Some people are afraid of the NWO or conspirators whom they think are pulling the strings from behind in this formation of a global government crusade. Actually, these NWO or conspirator stuff could actually be a myth perpetuated by those who will benefit if they are able to project that they are strong. In reality, the global government, according to The Globalist Manifesto is so big to be manipulated by an individual or a cabal. It is just like the "Russian winter that defeated the human German Army". Life is so short to manipulate such a big global upheaval. In fact, on the contrary, the initial problem of a global government is how to put the 190 something countries together peacefully and the world might be very lucky to muster a strong united political party or group that can put the global government intact, specially on its initial years.

4. Some ultra religious people thinks that the formation of a global government will give way to the emergence of Satanists or Anti Christ ruling the world.The threat is real. But in reality, how can an Anti Christ or a Satanist for instance win the vote of the Christians in a one person, one vote global election as envisioned in The Globalist Manifesto. Also, Muslims, according to their Koran, can never be Anti Christ because they also respect Jesus Christ... in other word, its very un - Koran to fight Christ. The Globalist Manifesto Party was organized to make sure that a Satanists or Anti Christ will find it hard to be prominent in a global political scene, its one of their organizational objectives. 5. Lastly, some anti Jews think that the formation of a global government is a ploy of the Jews. This is not accurate. The crusade for the formation of global government started long time ago. How Do We Know the Current Feeling of some World Leaders on World Government? Thru "Scholarship Gambit"

The heart of a researcher and advocate is always passionate. They must have the fire in their belly to keep the momentum going. Every advocacy action must be cost efficient.

And so, to test the reaction of global leaders on the formation of world government, I selected 5 top global leaders: the Pope, Bill Gates, Nobel Prize Chairman, UNDP and Rockefeller Brothers. The game plan is to email them a personal letter from me, introducing myself as one of the core groups of the Globalist Manifesto Party, the party with around one million sympathizers worldwide who are pushing for the formation of a global government. I stated in the letter that I am enrolled in the Doctor of Public Administration Program at the University of the Philippines, NCPAG.

My letter to these 5 global leaders is to ask for an "scholarship" because my dessertation is about the World Government. The gambit is very simple: if they dont like the formation of the global government, they can at least support an academic study about it. Or, they may outright dismiss the letter as something crazy?

Second Look on the Paper by Prof. Danny Reyes:

I went to see Prof. Reyes about this paper. He said that its up to me to pursue this paper but in his opinion, this paper is suited more on political science course and not on public administration. I might be on the handicap if I still pursue this.

And so, I decide not to pursue this paper anymore because I want to finish my doctorate. I decided that I will write about the Marikina Ideology instead, my present project on my consultancy job with Marikina City Mayor Marides Fernando.

But, I might pursue the paper in my other doctoral subjects because I want to see really if there are theoretical and practical basis on the formation of global government on the topics commonly discussed on public administration. My desire is to provide academic substance to the snowballing crusade of the formation of the global government.

An Experiment for Global Government

This blog is a part of a three - year experiment starting today that would answer the question.....
How popular really is global government? or world government if you will?

A lot of people all over the world would like to know. So, I decided to take Doctor of Public Adminsitration at the University of the Philippines National College of Public Adminstration and Governance and make global government my doctoral dissertation. By doing so, I wish to put the topic "world government" into the mainstream of an academic discipline in political science, public administration, diplomacy, foreign affairs and governance.

I want to remove the stigma, the taboo associated with the topics : world government or global government. Sometimes, I have noticed that this topic, although very important , is not discussed in a polite conversation. Sometimes, if you talked about it, some people think that you lost your marbles. And so, I would like to grab the bull by the horn by writing a doctoral dissertation about it.

Hopefully, by blazing the trail, a lot of silent advocates for the formation of a global government will come up in the open. Hopefully, this crusade will produce human faces of different hues. Hopefully, to speak of world government will become fashionable.

I know that someday, when this crusade will become popular and fashionable, a lot of people ... leaders, academicians, writers...will talk about it. By then, I will just be contented by the thought that once upon a time, a boy from Marikina Valley grew up to be the leading advocate of a worldwide crusade that was so unpopular at the beginning that some people thought he needs to see a shriek. But when the crusade started to get nice reviews and people all over the world realized that the crusade will potentially save the human race and the the mother earth, this young boy was declared a global hero. Wow, what a nice script. Well, admittedly, this thought drives me. Is this possible? I have to jump into the river to know how deep it is. If I will not do this, who will do this? If not now, when? Somebody has to do the dirty job. A dog has to do what the dog has to do.

So, welcome to the crusade. If we are wrong, at least the whole world knows that we did it in our desire to save the humanity and the mother earth. If we are right, then, let us laugh all the way to the grave. Then, let the future generations of human race rift the harvest of our labor. I dont mind if I lost my face if the potential return is the salvation of the human existence. Am I sounding like an "anti academician", very "undoctoral", well, the proof of the pudding is in the eating...if you can not join the skirmishes of this global crusade, just watch the show from your fence. We are happy that at least you are watching. Its a sign that you care for humanity and the mother earth.
